Once we have become aware of this method, we can keep this awareness with us throughout everyday life. And this is the second part of the Meditation.
Meditation is not against action, it simply teaches a new way to live, where we are the center of our lives, with more joy, more clarity, vision, creativity and peacefulness.
We are just witnesses, so we become the Watcher.
