With the BE/YOND event series that I organized in Berlin, I set myself the task of formulating a structure that would provide the right environment for people to freely access their own inner space in a playful, funky and dynamic way.
The idea was to create an experience that would be easily accessible for all levels, from beginners to advanced meditators, and to have fun with it! Relaxing into it, like going to a party, even if it’s a party of one.In fact, to connect with our own sacred intimacy, which is the first step, we don’t really need a partner. And I say sacred because when we are connected with ourselves, that intimacy becomes a sacred space, a holy moment.
Conscious Tantric practices begin with the creation of a sacred, non-judgmental space, where participants can express, experiment and enjoy their own energy in a conscious and fluid way.
