THE ART OF BEING PRESENT

As human beings, we are addicted to thinking. Meditation is not the art of stopping our thoughts, it is the art of being present in total relaxation.
In this state we learn how to slow down our mind activity and become more aware of our emotions and feelings. We are simply less involved with our mind and more present to the beauty of the world.
