WHAT IS SHIVA AND SHAKTI?
Shiva (the Awareness, represented by the masculine principle) and Shakti (the Energy, represented by the feminine principle) are the basic polarities that Tantra tries to connect to reach non-duality.
Awareness leads us to the perception of Energy and the expansion of our consciousness.
Conscious Tantric practices begin with the creation of a sacred, non-judgmental space, where participants can express, experiment and enjoy their own energy in a conscious and fluid way.
